孙建博博士,91porn 天然药物化学系教授,博导,中药学本科专业负责人。入选江苏省六大人才高峰高层次人才,江苏省333计划高层次人才。博士毕业于91porn ,美国威斯康星大学-麦迪逊分校访问学者。教学案例入选2024年江苏省教育数字化十大创新案例,并获得2025年江苏省教学创新大赛一等奖。
科研团队通过深入的靶配分析、功能性验证以及机制探讨,综合应用分子芯片筛选、Alphafold3等配体筛选平台及快速的药物高通量合成模式,主导免疫活化、抗抑郁等药物的设计及膜转运蛋白的功能性配体发现。在Journal of the American Chemical Society,Trends in Pharmacological Sciences, Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B,Journal of Medicinal Chemistry等共发表SCI论文60余篇,18项专利授权。主持国自然基金、省基金及企业横向课题20余项。
在校企合作中,团队擅长以产业需求为导向组织联合攻关,依托高校平台与企业共建联合实验室,推动技术从研发验证到产品化落地,并注重以功效研究与安全性评价等证据链支撑成果转化。已与薇美姿集团、香百年集团及南京宁丹新药等企业开展合作,形成功能性食品、口腔植萃、功能性香薰与新药技术等多方向布局。研发的舒客植萃护龈牙膏、防晕车、抗疲劳车载空调嵌合模块、奥普恒流美容灯等项目已成功上市,合作经费累计约900万元。1项抗抑郁检测试剂盒已实现临床转化,对重度抑郁症的诊断准确度达到92.6%,并可对抑郁症进行发病机制分型,以实现对抑郁症的精准医疗,目前已进入全国250家医院。
